In this role you will be responsible for releasing lamination flat patterns of the assigned car parts towards production department. You will define the plies flat patterns which are compliant to internal rules, procedures and processes for the carbon component manufacturing. Finally, you may support Composite R&D; Engineers to release layup information to the Production department for some car parts.
Digital Lay-up Define nesting of the flat patterns.
Model the plies layup using the available software tools (NX-CAD, Fibersim, Laminate Tools, Composite Design).
Compile and release plybooks for car parts production whenever requested.
Interact with the other departments (Design, Production, Quality Control, Car assembly dept).
Professionalism Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.
To work in a professional manner at all times regardless of the task set and be pro‑active in promoting a positive image for the department / team/ sponsors.
To maintain and develop good relationships with other departments.
