Inventory & System Control Intern

Position Summary We are seeking a candidate for an internship who will support the following activities:
- Perform periodic inventory of stock, cycle count, handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values.
- Monitor transaction integrity.
- Support management on KPI analysis.
- Analyze and solve any stock issues.
- Analyze root cause of daily inventory adjustments.
- Assist in automating and integrating corporate cross-functions such as inventory control, procurement, distribution, manufacturing and project management.

Duties
- Manage day-to-day business activities across Operations.
- Support Manager and the team in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities.
- Monitor and identify problems in any of ERP system everyday.
- Support the launch of new products and sustaining projects.




- Work closely with Planning, Master Data, Tech Sourcing, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, Regulatory, and R&D.;

Education Degree Bachelor's Degree
Required Competencies
- Leadership skills and attitude.
- Good computer skills: ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data and experience with ERP systems, and MS Office applications is beneficial.
- Critical thinking, problem solving and skills.
- Able to think end to end when dealing with challenges and opportunities.
- Able to prioritize within multiple day-to-day activities and projects.
