The Operations Coordinator acts as the key liaison between members and global medical and security teams, ensuring timely coordination of care, accurate information, and seamless support during critical situations.
- Working hours: Staggered shifts from Monday to Sunday
- Full training provided
- Start date: Beginning of July

We are looking for a new International Operations Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you'll be the vital link between our beneficiaries and our global network of medical and security professionals ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
Responsabilities:
- Support members with healthcare and security queries.




- Coordinate medical appointments, authorize treatments, and manage policy claims.
- Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

About you:
- Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and spoken Italian, French, English
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.
- Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.
