We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Administrative Support professional to join our team in Italy. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, strong multitasking abilities, and fluency in both Italian and English. Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the office and management team Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters) in Italian and English Maintain and organize documents, records, and filing systems (physical and digital) Support office operations including supplies, vendors, and facility coordination Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial administration Prepare reports, presentations,
