Algòmera develops custom cloud software (CRM, ERP, MES) to help companies improve operational efficiency and optimize processes.
Role: UI/UX Designer We are looking for a UI/UX Designer experienced in designing software and apps, capable of turning complex needs into clear, intuitive, and scalable interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Contribute to improving usability, consistency, and quality of the experience (components, patterns, design system).

Qualifications
- 3+ years of UI/UX experience on software/apps/platforms.




- Excellent mastery of Figma (components, prototypes, libraries).
- Team player, able to iterate feedback in an iterative manner.

Employment Permanent contract (no freelance / no Partita IVA).
Annual salary 25,000–38,000€ (commensurate with skills and experience).
Full remote or hybrid/office: Milan / Rovigo / Brindisi.
