Experteer Overview In this role, you will leverage data to generate actionable client insights that support all divisions and markets. You will build clear dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions and contribute to the luxury brand’s digital transformation. You’ll work closely with divisions to tailor analyses, while maintaining robust data systems and tools. This is a hands‑on position for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross-functional environment and wants to shape client journeys through data.Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources
- Create dashboards and reports to present analytical findings
- Interpret results to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges




- Collaborate with Divisions to understand data needs and develop tailored analyses
- Maintain and enhance data systems and analytical tools for accuracy and relevance
- Perform complex analyses and deliver decision‑ready reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in data/analytics, preferably in retail, luxury, or CRM
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Imagino
- Fluent in English;
Italian a strong plus
