Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and make them feel at home from the very first moment to the last drink.
- Support guests with the self‑check‑in process and take on additional front desk responsibilities.
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks, ensuring smooth and seamless service.
- Take care of the breakfast buffet in the morning and demonstrate barista skills.
- Handle goods receiving, inspection, and storage, keeping an eye on the perfect mise‑en‑place according to our setups and standards.
- Share insider tips with guests and point them to the best hotspots in the city. Qualifications
- Ideally gained some experience in the hotel industry;
knowledge of “mise‑en‑place” is a plus.
- Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
- Reliability, multitasking ability, and willingness to learn are strengths.




- Empathetic towards others and enthusiastic about sharing knowledge with guests.
- Humour, teamwork and enjoyment of interacting with guests.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
