Experteer Overview In this role you will coordinate and supervise production activities for assigned projects to meet schedule and quality targets. You will collaborate with the Component Delivery Management, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery of components. Based onsite in Monfalcone, Italy, you’ll lead progress tracking, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement efforts. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to impact project outcomes within a safety- and quality-driven nuclear environment.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Plan and monitor project-related production activities to meet deadlines
- Coordinate interfaces between project management, production, engineering, quality, and supply chain
- Identify risks and critical issues and propose mitigation strategies




- Lead daily and weekly project status meetings and produce regular reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned within production
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of production experience in an industrial environment (entry-level PM role)
- Knowledge of manufacturing production processes and project management methodologies (PMI, Lean)
- Proficient in English (B1)
