Experteer Overview In this Brand Specialist role, you manage strategic vendor partnerships within Amazon’s AVS program, shaping growth and customer satisfaction across local and EU markets. You’ll own vendor growth plans, leverage data-driven insights, and act as a trusted advisor on selection, promotions, and long‑term strategy. You collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements and scale programs across Europe, delivering customer‑centric value. You’ll work on diverse initiatives that impact product selection, supply chain efficiency, and marketing effectiveness.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Analyze business performance and translate data into actionable insights to improve overall results
- Develop strategic, customer‑centric recommendations using Amazon programs to drive long‑term benefits
- Drive local and EU supply‑chain operational excellence by reducing costs, defects, lead times and managing stock
- Recommend and manage brand marketing and advertising campaigns to promote products and improve traffic and conversions




- Plan and execute promotional activities for events (e.G., Prime Day) and collaborate with Amazon Advertising on opportunities
- Support product selection and growth by launching new products and improving discoverability
- Conduct product gaps analysis, onboarding, ramp‑up of new items, and enhance customer experience on detail pages
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to implement new ideas and processes

Responsabilità
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent written and spoken English and local language (minimum C1)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in a cross‑functional or client‑facing environment

Requisiti fondamentali
- Base salary (Italy) 31,100 EUR gross per year
