We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warranty Specialist to join the MG Italy after sales team. The role is essential to the balance of the work group and to creating a solid link between the workshop network and MG Italy.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional organisational and analytical skills, a deep understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and verification of warranty processes entered by dealerships belonging to the official MG Italy network.
- Verification and approval of entered warranties (both from a technical and procedural point of view).
- Assistance to the authorised network for the entry and completion of warranty requests.
- Maintenance of the workshop network registry in MG warranty systems.
- Creation and delivery of training for the authorised network warranty personnel.




- Possible visits to the authorised network for the purpose of warranty audits and support for new dealers to start up after-sales services.
- Drafting of regular internal warranty reports to monitor the costs and performance of the dealerships.
- Drafting of regular warranty reports to the dealerships to improve the efficiency of their work.

Educational Background & Expertise:
- First or second level degree.
- High level of familiarity with the office package and aptitude for the use of spare parts and warranty portals.
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Analytical and proactive skills.
- Willingness to travel.
