Experteer Overview In this role you support the Healthcare Assurance team by helping maintain the Quality Management System and manage audit‑related processes. You’ll handle documentation, supplier and customer interactions, and the end‑to‑end resale of audit reports, driving CAPA follow‑ups and records accuracy. You will work in a dynamic, international environment to ensure compliance across pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic sectors. This position offers hands‑on exposure to ISO 9001 and GMP practices within Eurofins’ healthcare assurance services.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Manage documentation for the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
- Assist in preparing Quality Service Agreements with customers
- Prepare qualification questionnaires from clients




- Oversee end‑to‑end resale of audit reports (authorization requests, delivery to customers)
- Monitor and follow up on CAPA plans and actions
- Maintain accurate records in the operational platform

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Pharmacy or related field
- At least 6 months experience with ISO 9001 and GMP quality management activities (audits preferred)
- Initial experience in Supplier Quality management and supplier/internal audits (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Advanced user of MS Word and MS Excel
- Based in Milan area and able to work in office once a week
