Overview The Employer Branding & Site Development Specialist executes and monitors defined work packages within broader initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and corporate strategy. Responsibilities include the development of materials, management of digital campaigns, and support for social media activities. The role involves conducting competitor analyses and industry benchmarking, monitoring campaign performance, proposing optimization measures, supporting industry events, trade shows, and sponsorships, improving CRM and automation processes, and collaborating cross‑functionally.Responsibilities
- Conduct deep‑dive research into competitive insights/analysis and industry benchmarks, translating findings into actionable recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Analyze local labor market trends and talent dynamics to support the positioning of the new site.
- Execute and monitor assigned work packages from initiatives and/or campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, optimizing engagement, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Improve CRM, analytics,
and automation processes, identifying efficiencies and recommending enhancements to support operations.
- Identify gaps in workflows and processes, suggest improvements, and support the development of optimized procedures.
- Track and analyze campaign and channel performance, presenting data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Global Team and experts to drive brand awareness and ensure alignment with corporate initiatives.
Qualifications
- Completed education with a focus on a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Understanding of key approaches including traditional and digital channels.
- Demonstrable experience in data analytics and tools.
- English language skills (advanced).
- Exceptional analytical, writing and presentation skills.
Benefits Salary: €30,000 – €38,000 gross annual compensation (RAL).
