Position: Junior Finance Business Partner – Finance
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support business units with financial planning, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather financial data and understand business drivers.
- Prepare presentations and reports for management summarizing financial performance and recommendations.
- Participate in financial closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools.
- Support ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role.




- Prior experience in auditing considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.G., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non‑finance stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial reporting systems (e.G., SAP) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Italian required.

Salary and Benefits Minimum salary: starting from €32,200 gross, with final offer based on location, skills, qualifications, experience, and internal pay structures.
