Experteer Overview As a Technical Services Performance Specialist, you will monitor and optimize Technical Service processes across Technogym subsidiaries. You’ll translate data into actionable improvements to boost service excellence and customer satisfaction. You’ll train teams remotely and on-site, and ensure consistent reporting across the global organization. Your work will shape performance initiatives and enable ongoing improvement in service delivery.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Analyze data and KPIs in Technical Service to spot trends and improvement opportunities
- Provide direct support to subsidiaries to boost efficiency and streamline processes
- Deliver training sessions to subsidiary colleagues, remotely or on-site
- Transfer know-how on reporting and monitoring tools across the Technical Service organization
- Manage processes (e.G., Warranty Refund) with subsidiaries and distributors to ensure correct, timely execution
- Help collect and formalize business specs for developing and improving reporting tools




- Support adherence to key processes to ensure data accurately reflects service level
- Contribute to define and implement performance improvement plans and monitor progress with subsidiary teams
- Contribute to implementing Technical Services strategic fundamentals with a continuous improvement mindset

Responsabilità
- Passion for fitness, proactive and ethical
- Experience in fitness industry desirable
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
curiosity and creativity
- Master's Degree in Engineering (or related field)
- 1–2 years in Technical Service, After Sales or related roles
- Proficiency in ERP systems and IT tools (e.G., Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- English proficiency (CEFR B2)
- Availability for international business trips
- Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately
- Good teamwork and listening skills
