Experteer Overview As Transport Capacity & Carrier Network Specialist, you help build a robust national carrier network and secure capacity to match shipment volumes. You will work closely with the Operations team to anticipate peaks and manage relationships with carriers. You’ll analyze data to monitor performance, identify improvements, and support pricing negotiations. This role combines logistics expertise with a fast-paced, collaborative European environment, offering a meaningful impact on modernizing road freight. - Continuously source and develop transport capacity by contacting carriers
- Expand and diversify the national carrier network for flexibility and coverage
- Maintain relationships with carriers to ensure capacity aligns with shipment volumes
- Assess and onboard new carriers based on performance,

- Support negotiations and pricing
- Monitor carrier performance and propose improvements or replacements
- Collaborate with the Operations team to forecast demand peaks and capacity constraints

Responsabilità
- 3-4 years' experience in full truck load transport by road domestic
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong attention to detail and organized approach
- Ability to solve problems and work under stress
- Comfort solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
