RINA is currently recruiting for a Technology Innovation & Strategy Junior Consultant to join its office in Rome, Genoa, La Spezia or Rozzano within the Sustainability and Business Innovation Division.Mission
This role is designed to provide a junior management consultant with a well‑rounded experience in the various aspects of management consulting, setting the foundation for career growth and increased responsibilities in the field. It involves a mix of learning, collaboration, and hands‑on involvement in projects under the guidance of more experienced consultants.
Key Accountabilities
- Learning and Development:
- Actively participate in training programs to build a foundational understanding of management consulting principles and methodologies.
- Acquire knowledge about process improvement, technology trends, environmental sustainability, and business model analysis.
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to current business processes, technology landscapes, environmental impact, and business models.




- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations based on data analysis.
- Process Mapping and Documentation:
- Support the senior consultants in documenting existing business processes through process mapping techniques.
- Assist in creating documentation that outlines areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Technology Research and Evaluation:
- Participate in researching emerging technologies relevant to the industry.
- Support the evaluation of technology solutions for their potential impact on business effectiveness.
- Environmental Impact Assessment:
- Assist in conducting assessments to measure carbon emissions and environmental footprint.
- Contribute to the development of strategies for emission reduction and sustainability.
- Business Model Analysis:
- Participate in the analysis of current business models, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
