Finance Assistant working closely with the hotel manager to oversee financial operations, including invoice management, cash flow monitoring, and accounting support for Mama Shelter hotels.
Responsibilities Act as the finance officer, managing invoices and overall cash flow for the establishment.
Oversee customer invoice processes, including handling complaints, disputes, and chargebacks.
Provide administrative and accounting follow‐up, develop the general ledger, and validate cash registers and accounts receivable.
Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting.
Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced reporting functionalities.
Experience with Protel and ACOM software.
