The successful candidate will help improve process governance, reduce operational risks,
and support profitability optimization across tender activities.What You’ll Do* Support Business Units and Sales teams throughout the end-to-end tender process.* Coordinate stakeholders and monitor tender timelines to ensure deadlines are met.* Maintain visibility of tender progress, risks, and critical actions.* Support profitability and pricing analysis in collaboration with Finance and Profit teams.* Provide guidance on margin analysis tools and tender-related financial considerations.* Support the completion and review of tender documentation and questionnaires.* Assist with customer/vendor portals and e-procurement platforms.* Review Terms & Conditions, SLAs, and penalty clauses, escalating concerns to Legal or Compliance when required.* Ensure alignment between commercial proposals, tender requirements, and internal policies.* Facilitate communication across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams.* Manage and maintain centralized repositories, templates, procedures, and documentation
