Bracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.
The Business Order Analyst – Worldwide Distribution in Global Supply Chain (GSC) within Global Technical Operations (GTO) is responsible for managing sales orders for subsidiaries and wholesalers, ensuring smooth logistics operations across transportation and warehousing.
Overseeing order management, shipping, and invoicing activities.
Defining business rules and standard procedures to streamline operations.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT, Compliance, etc.) Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with corporate quality standards (GMP, GDP).
Supporting logistics‑related projects,
including SAP integration and process optimization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Up to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or business operations.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards).
Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
The role is classified at Level D under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical‑Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico‑Farmaceutico). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €35407,68. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
