Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and refine Digital Twin models for factory flow simulations to optimize industrial scenarios. You will work within Manufacturing Intelligence to transform data into actionable simulations, partnering with engineering, suppliers, and 3D teams. You’ll travel to operating units for knowledge transfer and deliver technical documentation and process specs. This is a chance to shape digital twin solutions at a global tire leader focused on innovation and sustainability.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Select data to feed digital models
- Collaborate with suppliers and academic partners on model selection and scenario modeling
- Gather requirements from Industrial Engineering and other business functions for simulations
- Work with 3D design offices to create virtual simulation models




- Occasional travel to Italian and foreign units for training and knowledge transfer
- Prepare technical documentation, activity reports, and process specifications

Responsabilità
- Master's Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering
- 2-3 years of seniority (or PhD)
- Knowledge of Industrial Engineering with emphasis on simulation models and digital twin technology
- Knowledge of Digital Twin simulation tools
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Leadership and proactivity in relationships
