Bain & Company is looking for an Intern – Private Equity Practice to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and help develop strategic tools and insights.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As an Intern, you will:
- Apply your analytical skills to develop tailored tools, products, and data solutions to support client needs.
- Work in agile, fast-paced teams, often in virtual settings, engaging with senior stakeholders on key initiatives.
- Take on complex challenges, bringing innovative ideas and a structured approach to deliver impactful results.

What We’re Looking for:

- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Office Suite.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.
