Inside Sales & Business Developer (Advanced CRM expertise) – BOMPAN, Tradate (VA), LOM, IT.Overview
A full‑time, on‑site position focused on driving commercial growth through outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, and operational support to the sales team. The role supports the direct channel and partner/ré‑sellers, contributing to new business development.
Responsibilities
- Commercial development: outbound prospecting, lead generation, and identifying new opportunities.
- First contact and prospect qualification.
- Organising sales calls and commercial demos.
- Follow‑up and nurturing activities.
- Commercial and back‑office support to Sales Managers and distributors.
- Preparation of commercial offers and pricing list management (machines and accessories).
- CRM maintenance (Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and lead assignment to the sales team.
- Order monitoring and interaction with leasing finance companies.
- Marketing and events: participation in trade fairs and sector events, support for marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives.

Qualifications




- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales or Business Development roles.
- Experience in B2B contexts, preferably selling products, machinery or software.
- Proactive attitude and results orientation.
- Cold outreach experience or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and relational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce or similar).
- Strong Excel knowledge.
- Understanding of marketing and sales dynamics.
- Diploma or degree, preferably in economics or a related field.
- English language skills are a plus.
