Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Engineering function to keep hotel facilities running smoothly and safely. You will lead maintenance activities, oversee preventive programs, and coordinate repairs across guest areas and back‑of‑house spaces. You’ll collaborate with departments to boost operational efficiency and guest satisfaction while managing costs and compliance. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a focus on safety, team development, and delivering high service standards.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Supervise maintenance and engineering activities to meet company standards
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance program
- Coordinate repair work across guest rooms, public and back‑of‑house areas
- Monitor plant systems, equipment, and fire & life safety systems
- Review technical reports and coordinate corrective actions with Director of Engineering
- Manage inventory, materials, and consumption levels
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards




- Collaborate with other departments to support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Support vendor management, procurement processes, and approve technical requests
- Ensure high service standards and effectively handle requests/complaints
- Promote a collaborative team environment across departments
- Assist in preparing the Engineering budget and monitor costs
- Optimize resource utilization in line with financial objectives
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting procedures
- Supervise the Engineering team, supporting training and performance reviews
- Foster engagement, teamwork, and adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Carry out additional operational duties as required

Responsabilità
- Minimum 3 years in a similar hotel maintenance/engineering role
- Strong technical skills
