In this role you ensure software quality across product teams within ST’s RFOC Software R&D; organization. You act as the quality reference, shaping processes, milestones, and compliance with safety and security requirements. You’ll coordinate audits, review key artifacts, and promote best practices from test strategy to CI/CD. You collaborate with developers and project leaders to balance quality goals with effort and planning. This transversal role offers impact across multiple teams in a global semiconductor leader.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Act as the quality reference for one or more software product teams
- Support teams in tailoring and applying the RFOC software development and quality processes
- Help define and track quality milestones (reviews, test readiness, release readiness, KPIs)
- Contribute to process compliance with internal procedures and applicable safety/security requirements
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits (preparation of evidence, follow-up of actions)
- Review key work products (requirements, design, tests, reports)



from a quality perspective
- Promote best practices (reviews, test strategy, traceability, configuration management, CI/CD, automation)
- Collaborate with developers, project leaders and other stakeholders to balance effort and quality goals
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our processes, methods and tools, based on feedback and lessons learned

Responsabilità
- Background in software (e.G. Software Engineer, Embedded Developer, Tester, System Engineer) and understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience in software quality assurance, process, audits or safety/security is a plus
- Willingness to learn quickly if not experienced in QA
- Ability to discuss technical topics with development teams
- Structured and analytical mindset with attention to detail and focus on reliability and robustness
- Strong communication and relational skills;
able to work transversally with multiple teams
