We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Italian market, dedicated to assisting clients with inquiries related to an innovative medical device. Providing expert support to Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
Ensuring an excellent customer experience through professionalism and attention to detail.
In this position, you'll work full-time (40 hours per week) on rotating shifts and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success.
