About The Role We are looking for a talented and experienced C# Back-End Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the core back-end systems that power Hercle’s trading and infrastructure platforms.
Your work will directly support mission-critical services that operate at high throughput and low latency in dynamic digital asset markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable back-end systems using C#.
- Implement APIs, microservices, and real-time data pipelines that integrate with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate closely with trading, product, and infrastructure teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize system performance and ensure stability in high-frequency, low-latency environments.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across the development team.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address them.
