Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability are at heart of the Oberalp Group. The task of the Sustainability Team is to ensure that Operations, products and partnerships in the company reflect our guiding principles, and especially “mindfulness guides the future”. The Sustainability Specialist is passionate about sustainability, and generates content for communicating the main points of the sustainability strategy, progress, challenges and product features, including the annual Sustainability Report of the Company.



The ideal candidate interacts with various functions across Oberalp: works closely with all members of the sustainability team, collaborates with the Group Corporate communication staff, and supports the marketing and sales departments of our brands. The figure for this position produces practical guidelines and provides advice to brands for integrating “greenwashing free” sustainability communication in their campaigns, posts and websites, that reflect our values and strategy, are relevant, and fulfill the expectations of our customers.
