Experteer Overview As KA Trade Marketing Specialist, you will shape customer‑specific trade plans to boost brand visibility and in‑store impact. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to align activities with brand strategy and measure ROI. You’ll manage budgets, coordinate with external agencies, and support sales teams and regulatory reviews. This role offers international exposure, autonomy, and the chance to drive meaningful results for patients and customers.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Define customized customer plans and tailor‑made activities
- Monitor in‑store activities to maximize sell‑out impact and ROI
- Collaborate with international team to share best practices and objectives
- Manage the trade marketing budget for assigned clients
- Develop activities aligned with brand strategy and involve external agencies
- Coordinate with Regulatory and Legal for approvals and L&C; assessments of marketing projects
- Analyze sell‑out data and prepare ad hoc analyses
- Oversee data performance management related to contracts and rewards
- Support new product launches when needed
- Collaborate with the sales team (materials, meetings, etc.)
- Assist in organizing client events (administration and logistics)
Responsabilità
- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, trade or sales
- University degree in Marketing, Economy or Business Administration
- Results and performance driven mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Salesforce
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Analytical and innovative thinking
- Effective communication
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Fluency in Italian and English
