Casa Cipriani Milano is looking for an outgoing Assistant Restaurant Manager. The selected candidate will support the Restaurants Manager in the daily operations of the outlet, contributing to the coordination and motivation of the team while ensuring service standards are consistently met and aligned with Cipriani’s distinctive elegance and hospitality.



The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key role on the floor, leading by example, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate has previous experience in high‑end hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment environments, and demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or private clubs of comparable level
- Excellent command of English;
knowledge of a second foreign language is considered a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork‑oriented attitude
- Professionalism, courtesy, and discretion
- Precision, organization, and keen attention to detail
