Role We are looking for a Junior Project Specialist to support project coordination activities at Honda R&D; Europe office in Rome. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates interested in project coordination within a multicultural and design‑driven environment.Key Responsibilities
- Support project coordination and scheduling activities
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders, including Japan headquarters
- Assist in tracking project progress, deliverables, and deadlines
- Prepare and update project documentation and reports
- Contribute to the organisation and alignment of activities
- Ensure accurate and timely information flow across teams

Required Skills
- Native‑level Japanese language proficiency
- Working level of Italian and English




- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in design, mobility, and innovation
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications
- Academic or professional background in design, architecture, or related fields
- Previous experience (internship or entry‑level) in project coordination or similar roles
- Familiarity with multicultural working environments

Pay range: 25,000-38,000 €/year
