We are currently recruiting a brilliant and experienced trainee lawyer to join our Real Estate Investment team within our market leading Real Estate group in Milan. If you’re an ambitious trainee lawyer with experience in real estate, bring your ambition, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to a global business that’s redefining the possible. You’ll manage and advise national and international investors and developers in all aspects of real estate law, and you will work closely together with colleagues from the funds, finance and tax teams, assisting clients in identifying and implementing the most suitable structure for the realisation of real estate investments.
on due diligence processes, in connection with both development and completed projects covering all relevant aspects of the same, from property law issues to detailed analyses of planning and building law and in relation to the drafting and negotiation of all the agreements involved in a real estate project
Graduated with excellent academic marks
Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English
