As Sales Business Partner – Central Italy, you drive commercial growth for Costa’s travel agency network in Emilia-Romagna and across Central Italy. You will be the primary reference point for agencies, collaborating with Booking, Administration, and Customer Service to ensure smooth support and strong sales performance. You’ll analyze portfolio performance, communicate Costa’s value, and implement local sales strategies to expand distribution. This role offers influence on market growth within a dynamic, inclusive global team.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of travel agencies in Central Italy and act as their strategic partner
- Drive commercial development and achieve regional sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (Booking, Administration, Customer Service) to support bookings
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to the Area Manager Central Italy
- Monitor KPIs and report on portfolio performance to inform decisions
- Communicate Costa’s product value and deliver impactful sales presentations




- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell to travel agency partners
- Maintain ongoing agency communication, address issues, and provide operational support
- Develop and implement local sales strategies and micro-marketing activities
- Manage a co-marketing budget and contribute to expanding distribution
- Ensure consistency with Costa’s commercial guidelines and adapt to market needs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely responses
- Lead with influence to guide agency partners and collaborate with teams
- Travel within the assigned area to engage with partners
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in tourism
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and oral)
- Proactive, empathetic, with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent relational and communication skills;
able to act as a trusted focal point for agencies
- Analytical, flexible, and able to work under pressure with a results-oriented mindset
