The Role
As an Automotive Rental Advisor, you will be involved in a B2B activity where, in accordance with the customer’s directives and tools, you will arrange replacement vehicle services for short-term purposes.



You will ensure a high level of service to the drivers who have signed a rental agreement with our Customer by identify the feasibility of providing replacements for each request and prioritize customer’s satisfaction.
- Manage client requests for replacement and pre-assigned vehicles;
- Process and resolute cases reported by other departments on specific needs and disservices;
- Ensure the correct execution for provision of replacement vehicles through given directives;
- Communicate directly with the project coordinator on the ongoing activities.
- Relate with strategic partners such as rent a car supplier and our customer network
