Experteer Overview In this role, you drive growth for Wellhub's SMB segment in Italy, owning a book of business from inbound and outbound leads. You’ll close deals with HR stakeholders for a SaaS wellbeing platform and collaborate with a cross‑functional team to scale our Italy expansion. You'll manage high‑velocity sales cycles, multi‑channel outreach, and a mix of demos, calls, and emails to turn prospects into engaged customers. This is a mission‑driven role in a fast‑growing company that values wellbeing and collaboration.Retribuzione / Benefits
- autonomously manage sales opportunities from inbound and outbound outreach
- conduct high‑velocity outreach to secure product demos
- manage multi‑channel sales cycles including video meetings, calls, emails, and social selling
- advance deals toward close and effectively multi‑thread across stakeholders
- handle a portfolio of SMB clients (up to 500 employees) with varying complexity




- consistently meet quarterly sales quotas and contribute to compensation goals
- align with the company mission to promote wellbeing and create a supportive work environment

Responsabilità
- 3+ years of sales experience with emphasis on full‑cycle closing
- experience in high‑velocity sales or fitness industry preferred
- SaaS sales experience and/or selling to HR stakeholders preferred
- outgoing, charismatic communicator with strong active listening
- ambitious, tenacious, energetic self‑starter;
coachable and adaptable
