Experteer Overview In this role you will translate customer needs into engineered, cost-conscious technical solutions within GEA’s product portfolio. You’ll work closely with Sales and Engineering to define offers, layouts, and documentation, while advancing standardization and value engineering during bids. You’ll contribute to cross-functional projects and customer meetings, helping to deliver technically sound proposals on time. Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze customer technical and application requirements Develop customized technical solutions aligned with the product portfolio Define technical offers and layouts with Sales and Quotation teams and stakeholders Ensure project effectiveness in terms of cost, timing,
and technical content Perform preliminary feasibility studies for standardization and modularization during bidding Define system layouts and configurations Support Sales in preparation of technical offers and documentation Prepare and maintain technical documentation (schematics, descriptions, specifications) Manage technical requests (RFQ) and customer clarifications Contribute to continuous improvement of technical solutions and standards Participate in customer meetings for offer definition Participate in internal kick-off meetings and manage Post-RAC activities within engineering team Responsabilità Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation or equivalent 2-5 years in a similar role (Application/Proposal Engineering, Technical Sales) Ability to read/interprete technical drawings Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Creo3D modelling or equivalent) Basic knowledge of plant layouts or industrial machinery Good knowledge of English Requisiti fondamentali Top Employer recognition development and growth opportunities international, collaborative environment potential variable components and benefits discussed during selection proc
