Overview Join Generali Group's Shared Services Financial Controlling team to develop core controlling, reporting and stakeholder‑management capabilities. You will support IT project‑related financial controlling, procurement‑to‑pay processes, and project‑based revenue accounting. This role bridges finance with IT project teams to ensure compliance, budgeting, and accurate financial reporting. You will work in a cross‑functional setting to shape project financials and performance insights.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing procurement‑to‑pay stages for IT projects, including requirements assessment, budget checks, contract and supplier order formalization, delivery confirmation, and invoice payments




- Assist accounting for project‑based revenue and percentage‑of‑completion accounting where applicable
- Support yearly budget, forecast, and periodic reporting for Group IT projects
- Support project teams on accounting principles and compliance within the defined methodology and framework

Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering
- 3‑5 years of experience in Finance Controlling;
IT project management and project financial planning is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong organizational skills
- Team‑oriented, proactive communicator with motivation and attention to detail
