Your Profile
- Experience in hospitality or bar/restaurant management with a solid understanding of day-to-day operations
- A confident, hands-on leader who supports the team with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing reservations , organizing events, and supporting in-house promotions
- Familiar with hospitality tech tools like POS systems, booking platforms,



and basic reporting
- Able to support the kitchen team, with a basic understanding of food service and coordination
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
German is a plus and helpful for daily operations
- Flexible availability , including evenings, weekends, and busy periods like holidays or events

Your Responsibilities
- Running an authentic Irish pub with character, warmth, and attention to detail
- Leading daily operations , including staff supervision and shift management
- Creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for sports, music, and celebrations
- Coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen to ensure smooth service
- Overseeing a menu of home-cooked seasonal dishes, premium drinks, and cocktails
- Managing bookings, events, and in-house promotions
- Monitoring the quality of service , food, and drinks to consistently exceed guest expectations
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming envir
