YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain BI-based dashboards and reports for the Sales department to support performance monitoring and decision-making
- Integrate data from various internal and external sources into a consistent and reliable reporting environment
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reports, dashboards, and underlying data structures
- Maintain and continuously improve the reporting structure, including KPI logic, visualization standards, and reporting efficiency
- Develop new reports and analyses in close alignment with the Manager Business Analysis and collaborate with relevant stakeholders across departments YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or similar
- Previous experience in BI reporting, business analysis or data analytics, ideally in a commercial or cross-functional business environment
- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence, reporting concepts, and data modelling;
proficiency in visualization tools (e.G. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)




- Good understanding of SQL and structured data analysis, with solid understanding of KPI frameworks and reporting methodologies for commercial functions
- Experience with integrating and consolidating data from multiple systems and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to structure complex topics into clear reporting solutions
- Accuracy and reliability, with strong attention to detail and data quality
- Fluent in English, German and/or Italian is an advantage
