Full Buy Packaging Intern
We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Full Buy Packaging Intern.
The chosen candidate will be integrated within the R&D; Packaging department focusing mainly on Buy and Fully Buy Packaging Industrialization. The main mission and responsibilities will be trial organization from planning to result analysis with all stakeholders (internal and external), ensuring a fact‑based approach.
Responsibilities
- Implementation of new suppliers for the current technical specifications.
- Optimization of current technical specifications to ensure all parameters are listed and measured to avoid production and quality issues.
- Trial organization and coordination throughout the process from material order to post‑trial results.




- Validation of packaging used for new projects with related methodology in accordance with standard and new methodology.
- Ensure repeatability of trial results using basic statistical approaches.
- Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship. Starting date: September 2026 .

Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Degree in Material Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry.
- Good Excel and Power‑Point skills and a willingness to master them.
- Knowledge of technical software (AutoCAD or similar) is a plus.
- Flexible way of working.
- Passion for coffee (coffee lover preference).
