About The Role The Chef de Partie – Pastry is responsible for producing high‑quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods that reflect Four Seasons’ standards of excellence.



This role oversees the pastry station, ensuring precision in preparation, creativity in presentation, and consistency across all pastry items served in the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets, and In‑Room Dining.
What You Will Do
- Prepare, bake, and finish a wide variety of pastry and dessert items according to Four Seasons recipes, presentation guidelines, and portioning standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of the pastry station, ensuring an efficient workflow and high production quality.
- Manage mise en place for all pastry outlets, including breakfast pastries, afternoon tea items, plated desserts, and banquet production.
- Ensure all pastry equipment and utensils are properly used, cleaned, and maintained in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Monitor quality and freshness of ingredients, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
