Experteer Overview As EU Consultant for IDC4EU, you will support European studies and project management, including organizing events, drafting reports, and preparing proposals with emphasis on administrative documentation. You will help maintain project websites and social channels, support surveys and stakeholder databases, and promote the IDC4EU brand. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance policy-oriented research and advisory services, contributing to IDC’s mission of shaping European digital policy. - Support management of European studies and projects: organize meetings, draft minutes, prepare presentations, and edit reports
- Assist proposals preparation focusing on administrative documentation
- Update project content on websites and social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Design and implement online surveys, partner databases, and engagement activities
- Promote IDC and IDC4EU research via social media and conferences




- Contribute to development of IDC4EU research and consulting practices and methods

Responsabilità
- Bachelor in Political Sciences, Economics or Business (advanced degree a plus)
- Proficiency with AI tools, generative AI, or automation to boost productivity and insights
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to synthesize complex information
- Good command of Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Teamwork, self-organization, and initiative
- English: excellent written and spoken proficiency
- Experience in EU project management would be a strong plus
- Understanding and passion for enterprise technology and its business applications
