Młodszy Programista Backend Developer

We are looking for a person under 30 for a full-time apprenticeship contract, with a view to an ongoing, long-term collaboration.
What you will do
As a Junior Backend Developer at Synextya, you will work integrating with existing multi-disciplinary teams, helping to add functionality to ongoing projects already on the market and/or structuring new projects.
How you will work
We encourage you to use solutions that offer performance and security, while at the same time evaluating new and alternative ways, always taking project requirements into account. Our focus is always on improving and trying out new technologies. We never stop at current skills, and we focus on professional growth.
We do not use frameworks for 'party taken' but we always reason on the best technical solution to adopt in relation to the needs of the project.
Where you will work
We have a fantastic location in Bologna, in via Fioravanti 27, with a workstation available. Working by objectives, presence is not always required: we are used to lavoro da remoto and/or remote working. If you prefer an office workstation,
we will be happy to set it up for you

You will collaborate with other developers and management figures, and have senior resources to refer to.
Must-have
Write clean and tested code
Conduct analysis and performance optimisation
Collaborate with Frontend Developers, Product Managers and the rest of the team to develop digital products
Keep abreast of the latest developments in technologies, coding trends, best practices and bring them into your daily work by engaging the team in constructive and educational discussions
You like to compete on projects of different types and from different industries
You have at least 1 year of experience
You are able to work in a heterogeneous team (technical, creative, strategic) and to proactively and responsibly manage the assigned projects and the feedback received
You have a good knowledge of patterns, abstraction and problem solvi
