Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is looking for a proactive, organized, and multitasking Planning Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals who are looking to take the next step in their careers and oversee the full cycle of planning and supply chain processes.
The Supply Planning Specialist will ensure the steady flow of goods from the business to the markets and the fulfillment and shipment of orders according to designated timeframes. In addition, the role will work closely with Operations partners to help meet service level goals for the Commercial Organization.
The position reports to the DG Beauty Planning Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, validate, and implement the production plan for Make‑Up products
- Schedule, maintain, and follow up on production plans for assigned subcontractors
- Work on NPD with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are launched on time
- Create and maintain Purchase Orders and Production Orders in SAP
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing actions to improve performance
- Prepare strategic and ad hoc analyses to monitor stock levels and out‑of‑stock risks
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Experience with Power BI and SAP is a plus
