- Company Overview – CareGlance S.r.l. CareGlance S.r.l. is an innovative small company based in Milan, specializing in advanced photonics technologies for real‑time monitoring of manufacturing processes. The company integrates expertise in optics, electronics, and image synthesis to develop proprietary solutions based on Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT).

2. Role Overview The Junior Product & Project Manager supports the executive team in defining product characteristics mediating between market needs, technical complexity, development cost and time.
Moreover, She/He will support planning, monitoring, and reporting of product development projects.
This role will also support the company in ISO 9001:2015 certification participating to the definition of the processes set to the qualification process and to the process continuous monitoring.

3. Required Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in project management,



product management, quality management, or technical roles within technology, engineering, or manufacturing companies.
- Basic experience with product development project workflows.
- Basic understanding of optical, electronic and software engineering processes.
- Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to produce structured technical and organizational documentation.

The following skills are not required, but they are considered a plus
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (preferably ISO 9001) or structured technical documentation processes.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes development and monitoring.

4. Preferred Education Italian “Laurea magistrale”, preferrable degrees in Management or other Engineering, or other STEM disciplines.
