The Product Specialist will be tasked with driving sales growth in the designated territory, making use of commercial initiatives, fostering connections with clients, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). You are responsible for the Convatec area sales with products of Ostomy care and Flexi Seal Portfolio
You will be developing sales through commercial activities, relationship building with customers and key opinion leaders and monitoring tenders
You advise the customers (nurses and Health Care Professionals, HCP’s)
on all technical questions related to wound management and care
You efficiently plan visits of the existing customer base and identify new customers
You observe the market situation and the key performance indicators in the area and use these insights to carry out independent analyses of the market
You conduct customer training and events and organize products medical meetings
You develop and maintain action plans (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analyzing the territory performance to identify the needs and consequently implement actions to achieve sales goals
You demonstrate the ability to plan and organize time effectively
Compliance with all regulatory, clinical and industry guidelines
You have previous experience in selling pharmaceutical or medical device products
You have a proven track record of success in your previous professional activities
