And good news, they are expanding their Italian operations and seeking talented Solar Field Technicians to join their team.Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Solar field technicians to join our client’s growing team in Italy. This role involves hands‑on technical work at solar farm installations, ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic systems.




Locations We are recruiting for solar farm sites in the following regions:
- Piedmont

Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to one of these regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and test solar PV systems at utility‑scale solar farms
- Connect solar panels, inverters, and electrical components according to technical specifications
- Perform system integration and grid connection procedures
- Conduct pre‑commissioning inspections and quality checks

Maintenance & Operations
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on solar installations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in PV systems
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization
- Replace faulty components including panels, inverters, cables, and junction boxes

Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site
- Conduct risk assessments and implemen
