Junior Cost Manager

Overview In this role you support Senior Cost Managers on diverse projects, helping to estimate costs, prepare cost plans, and manage procurement processes. You will liaise with clients, contractors and design teams to ensure accurate cost information and smooth tender activity. The work spans data collection, tender analysis, cost checks, and monthly reporting, contributing to project financial success. You join a global practice focused on delivering value across real estate and infrastructure with a collaborative culture.Responsibilities
- Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
- Estimate and produce cost plans
- Compile and amend tender lists
- Draft procurement documentation and tender reports
- Check and analyse tenders;
manage variations and change control
- Perform cost checks and valuations;
prepare monthly reports
- Analyse numbers for final accounts;
liaise with clients, contractors, designers




- Prepare client presentations and input information into internal database

Qualifications
- University degree in construction related engineering (structural, building, electrical, HVAC) or architecture
- Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills;
ability to multi-task and work in a team
- High level of numerical reasoning and analytical skills
- IT proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
- English and Italian language skills required
