Do you want to help us develop cutting‑edge software solutions that perform efficiently and deliver outstanding user experiences?
You will be involved in the design and development of software applications, from requirements analysis to deployment in production environments. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build scalable, high‑quality solutions and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- M. sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education
- 1–3 years of experience in software development
- Proven experience with one or more programming languages (e.G., Java, Python, C++, C#)
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.G., Agile, Scrum)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.G., Git)
- Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns




- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Fluency in English and Italian

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €31,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit‑sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
