What You Will Do
- Contribute to spreading a digital and innovation-oriented culture by supporting the organization of internal workshops, events, and training




- Explore open-source and commercial AI/ML libraries to build experimental tools, models, or internal demos
- Help introduce Microsoft 365 Copilot by guiding colleagues in discovering its value for enhancing productivity and collaboration
- Support the Innovation Team in researching and evaluating emerging trends, technologies, and potential partnerships
- Assist in expanding and maintaining the innovation network, collaborating with startups, research centers, incubators, and other ecosystem players

Who You Are
- Degree in STEM disciplines (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics etc.) or Innovation Management
- Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and digital transformation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and ability to support and promote the adoption of Microsoft Copilot within internal teams.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to lear
