Job Summary HR PLANT GENERALIST - MATERNITY COVER at GE Aerospace, Rivalta di Torino, PIE, IT. This role will support the site HR Leader and client HRM’s on daily HR activities within defined parameters.Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and correct application of HR policies, procedures, practices, and processes related to staffing and organization.
- Follow research and selection activities, focusing on technical and production profiles, in partnership with Talent Acquisition and external suppliers.
- Manage the agency worker onboarding process and contracts, ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
- Provide continuous support to people leaders regarding compliance and workforce management.
- Assist the HR analytics team with tools and process management.
- Ensure appropriate training opportunities are available.
- Investigate and advise on concerns regarding policies, procedures, practices, or contractual issues.
- Collaborate with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment.
- Support staffing and organization processes.




- Participate in key HR processes such as dashboarding, talent review, compensation planning, communication, and performance management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited university (ideally Law, HR, Economics).
- Proactive and self‑starter, able to work independently and communicate with stakeholders across the organization.
- Confident with digital tools and media.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Work Visa required per local regulations.
- Previous experience in HR roles.
- Passionate employee advocate committed to employee success.

able to connect with employees at all levels.
